- Self actualization has tendency to develop talent and self capacity. Self actualization equal with self realization, which make it possible for someone to find and fulfill self potential. Self actualization would probably happen to young adult because young adult has a tendency to be able to take decision about education, career, and has quite complex cognitive ability. The goal of this research is to find out the description of young adult with paraplegia in order to reach their actualization. Paraplegia is a limp symptom that occurs in the lower part of the body, which is in both legs. The data is taken by in-depth interview from 28th February 2007 to 15th September. The result of the interview with 5 people shows that all the subject have their own desires and potential, and try to develop and reach their desires, which means all subject shows effort to reach their actualization.
