- The aim of this study is to determine the correlation between self-disclosure and marital satisfaction in young adulthood men in Jabodetabek. This study involved 253 young adulthood men aged 21-40 years old that have been married for 1 until 5 years and have at least one child, by using purposive sampling technique. Based on hypothesis testing using Spearman Correlation, obtained that there is a correlation between self-disclosure and marital satisfaction in young adulthood men. The variable of self disclosure and marital satisfaction shows r = 0,815 and p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). This results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between self-disclosure and marital satisfaction in young adulthood men. Subjects with a high level of self-disclosure will have a high level of marital satisfaction.
