- Adolescence in their development needs a socialization. Socialization is the process of individual learns the characteristic of the group, etiquette, norms, values, and customs as a member of society. Socialization influenced by a lot of factors, which are those factors included in individual’s personality. The aimed of this research is to find out differences in the level of socialization ability in late adolescence, between adolescents who have an extrovert and introvert personality. The instrument of this research are questionaires, which are given to 200 subjects. The data are analyzed by Mann Whitney method. In this research, the level of socialization ability for adolescents who have extrovert personality are (M = 147,001, SD = 12,49) and adolescents who have introvert personality are (M= 146,547, SD = 12,16). The result shows U (82,118) = 4.742, p > 0,05. It means there is no difference in the level of socialization ability between adolescents who have extrovert personality and adolescents who have introvert personality.
