- Celcon Block produced by PT Celcon Jaya Prima more widely used in multi-storey buildings, such as offices, hospitals, hotels, industry, rather than ordinary house or housing. To improve stakeholder satisfaction and to compete with other manufacturers, PT Celcon Jaya Prima need to continue the development of its products. This can be done denngan measurement of company performance. Performance measurement is done by determining the variables KPI (Key Performance Indicator) using Performance Prism, ie stakeholder satisfaction, strategy, processes, capabilities, and contributions of stakeholders. KPI calculations performed by the method of AHP. After performing weighting, followed by a scoring of performance measurement using Objective Matrix (OMAX). Based on performance measurement, PT Celcon Jaya Prima has three KPIs that do not meet the target, so it needs to be improved. Based on the results obtained, the KPI Process 5 can be used as a strategy to expand the marketPT Celcon Jaya Prima.
