- One attempt to established good relationships between corporate with the communities and the environment is through programs known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The emergence of the concept of sustainable development formulated by the World Commission on Environment and Development, as " development meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of futures generations need to meet their own" had changed the paradigm of the corporate in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of charity towards community development. Nowadays more and more community development approach was applied, because it was more closer to the concept of empowerment and sustainable development with enhance the capacity of local communities. One form of implementation of CSR by PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap is a community development eucalyptus distillery program that performed in the Kutawaru Sub-District Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. This research will look at CSR programs implemented PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap viewed from the communication process by Community Relations Department through the managerial stages. Through this research the researchers wanted to know how public acceptance of community development eucalyptus distillery programs, how to planning program, media used in conveying messages, organizing the program and to determine the effects of the program that occurred in the community Kutawaru Sub-District and stakeholders of PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap. This research used a qualitative approach with case study method. Sampling was done with a purposive sampling technique. A qualitative approach was conducted by researcher to collect data that form the words in sentences that have more meaning than just the number or amount. Data analysis technique using an interactive analysis method had done through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. From data collection and analysis, it is known that in general, the implementation of community development eucalyptus distillery programs was received and greeted positively by the community Kutawaru Sub-District. Public acceptance in this program because community development eucalyptus distillery is a program proposed by the community in Kutawaru Sub-District. Planning done by communicators in this case PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap initiated through the results of research conducted by the community Kutawaru Sub-
