  • Banks of Solo are ini a fierce competition condition. The Banks are competing to maintain their existence in banking sector. One of efforts that the banks do is to raise fund as many as possible from customer. PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Cabang Solo of Solo Branch does so. In attemps of raising fund from customer, PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. of Solo Branch is competing with other banks by perfoming various marketing communication activities such as advertisement, direct selling, personal selling, sales promotion, and publicity. PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. of Solo Branch combining the instrument in one strategy called Integrated Marketing Communications. According to American Association of Advertising Agencies this research uses Integrated Marketing Communications concept, IMC defines as marketing communication preparation concepts to aware positive value comprehention to evaluated strategic in all communication discipline such as advertising, personal selling, direct marketing, sales promotion, public relation, and to resume all the discipline makes maximum clearness, consistency, and communication effect by the hold integrating from difference messages. The research is a descriptive in nature, namely, it describes a condition as it is. So, it only reveals facts with results are emphasized to give objective picture about things related to marketing communication activity of a company. Result of the research indicated that the marketing communication activity was performed by using an integrated marketing communication. Marketing communication activity performed by marketers of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. of Solo Branch is activities that are conducted continuously and integrated to each other so so that they are able to improve selling service of the Bank.
