  • Isolation and identification the component in fraction activated red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lamk.) from result toxicity by Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BST) have been done. Isolation was carried out by maseration used etanol. Extract ethanol was partision with n-hexane to isolate non-polar compounds. Identification the chemical compound red fruit extract was carried out by fitochemistry screening with Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), ethanol extract contained of anthraquinone, cumarine, and fenolic compounds; on the other hand fatty acids, steroid and triterpenes, and carotenoid were in the n-hexan extract. Etanol and n-hexane extract was carried toxicity tested by BST. N-hexane fraction activated BST was separate with Vacuum Liquid Chromatography (VLC). Fractions of VLC tested by BST, fraction activated BST was separated with flash coulom chromatography. The result identification releaved three compounds fatty acids were palmitic acid, oleic acid, and miristic acid. Keyword : Red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lamk.), isolation, identification, BST.
