- Indonesian is develop country with big amount people need various food commodity, that is not all can be fulfilled from domestic products. On the other side, potency of commodity resource that is produced from area, and also requirement area of commodity that has to supply from external representing trade opportunity can be develop at level Regional Division and also Sub Regional Division. BULOG is public company that choose by government as company to manage government planning. The purpose of this research is to research system of credit sale at the BULOG Sub Divre Surakarta have according to with system that specified or not. The Steps of this reserach done by comparing between theory and system that is applied at the BULOG Sub Divre Surakarta and also observation, direct interview at the Sub Divre Surakarta. The result from this research are to know credit sale system that applied at the sub divre surakarta, function that relevan, account note that used, document that used and also intern control system that applied in credit sale at the Sub Divre Surakarta. Conclusion of this research are credit sale system that applied at the Sub Divre Surakarta have according to with system that specified. Based on the result of research, the researcher give some suggestion in realization goods delivery need delivery transport and delivery function itself, so that sale function and deposite function may not double get delivery function.
