- Micromagnetic simulations are used to investigate a process of nucleation type for magnetization reversal in a Permalloy nano particle with uniform polarity of magnetization. Anultra short field pulse is applied in a film plane anti parallel to magnetization direction. Sequence of simulation of reversals mechanism is evaluated for variation of time ranged from 250 ps to 2.5 ns. In case time of 500 ps, magnetization reversal realized through a creation- annihilation of Neel-Bloch wall pairwhich required high magnetic field. Contrast for the time = 2.25 ns, reversal mechanism dominated by Neel wall. With in result, the fied required for switching Hsw exponentially decreases with increasing time.
