- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizationalcommitment and compensation on employee satisfaction and performance. Thepopulation in this study were all permanent employees working at PT. EgasutiNasakti in Petapahan as many as 124 people. Sampling uses the census method.Data analysis using path analysis help SPSS version 22 program. The resultsshowed that organizational commitment and compensation partially had apositive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance. Jobsatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Organizational commitment and compensation affect performance through jobsatisfaction.
