  • This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture andleadership style on uh commitment. The influence of organizational culture andleadership style influences employee performance. Does commitment affectperformance. The population in this study were all employees working atEmployees working at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero Tbk PekanbaruBranch as many as 173 people. The sample to be used is 128 people. Thesampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sampling techniqueused is the census method. The analysis technique used in this study is StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS.5.0 programThe results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership styleinfluence commitment. This proves that the better the organizational culture andleadership style, the employee's commitment to the company will increase.Furthermore influential organizational culture and leadership style influenceperformance. This proves that the better the organizational culture and leadershipstyle, the employee's performance will increase. And Commitment influencesemployee performance. These results prove that the higher the employee'scommitment to the company, the higher the level of employee performance.
