- This study has aimed to determine the influence of remuneration, leadership,and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance Kementerianreligion city of Pekanbaru. The benefits expected to be contributed research for thegovernment and the scientific. The population in this study were all employees of theMinistry of Religious Pekanbaru, the sample is the entire study population. Datacollection techniques with interviews and questionnaires. Data was analyzed byStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that : (1)Remuneration has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s Job Satisfaction. (2)Leadership has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s Job Satisfaction. (3)Organizational Culture has possitive and significant effect on civil Job Satisfaction. (4)Remuneration has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (5)Leadership has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’s performance. (6)Organizational Culture has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’sperformance. (7) Job Satisfaction has possitive and significant effect on civil servant’sperformance.
