  • This study aims to determine the direct influence of leadership andorganizational culture on commitment. The population of the research are employees of BUM-Des(SOEs) as many as 432 personnel. The sample size that will be used is 208 peopleusing simple random sampling method. Data analysis using Path Analysis (pathanalysis) with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate thatLeadership and Organizational Culture affects Employee commitment.Leadership and Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance.Influential Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant effect onPerformance through Commitment. Commitment affects the Performance ofEmployees of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM-Des) in Rokan Hulu District.
