PEMIRA UB merupakan sarana bagi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran berdemokrasi di lingkungan kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi aspek kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan sistem dan manfaat guna mengetahui keberhasilan dari penerapan sistem e-voting PEMIRA UB. Model penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh variabel model Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) yang dimodifikasi. Metote pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebar kuisioner online. Sampel yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 108. Data responden yang sudah terkumpul dilakukan uji validitas dan realibilitas terlebih dahulu sebelum dilakukan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program SMART-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap aspek Penggunaan Sistem. Kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap aspek Kepuasan Pengguna. Faktor organisasi dan penggunaan sistem berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Manfaat. AbstractThe use of information technology in University of Brawijaya has implemented an e-voting system for the Student Election of University of Brawijaya (PEMIRA UB) since 2015. PEMIRA UB is a forum for students in democratic learning on campus. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affecting user satisfaction, system use and benefits in order to determine the success of implementing PEMIRA UB e-voting system. This research model uses seven modified Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) model variables. The data collection method used is by distributing online questionnaires. The sample used in this research was 108. The collected data of respondents were tested for validity and reliability first before carrying out descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The research data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SMART-PLS program. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, service quality has a significant effect on aspects of System Use. The quality of systems, information and services has a significant effect on aspects of user satisfaction.
