- Employees who work voluntary more than they assigned are positive things that can advance their organization. The willingness of employees to work voluntarily beyond their duties is called organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of school climate, organizational justice, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior in XYZ School Jakarta. With 43 respondents, the data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed using the PLS SEM method. The results of this study showed that school climate, organizational justice and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. - Karyawan yang melakukan pekerjaan secara sukarela melebihi dari tugas yang diberikan adalah hal positif yang dapat memajukan organisasi di tempat mereka bekerja. Kemauan secara sukarela karyawan bekerja melebihi tugasya disebut organizational citizenship behaviour. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah, keadilan organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Sekolah XYZ Jakarta. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 43 orang, data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah, keadilan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. organizational citizenship behavior, keadilan organisasi, komitmen organisasi, iklim sekolah
