- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika di kelas V SD Negeri Lemahino Kec Tobelo Selatan. Ditemukan bahwa dalam pembelajaran matematika guru hanya menerapkan pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional, guru tidak memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk bertanya dan siswa hanya menjadi pendengar guru tidak melibatkan siswa secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kurang aktif, sehingga hasil belajar siswa rendah atau belum maksimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model spiral Kemmis dan Taggart (dalam Zainal Aqib, 2006:31) yang terdiri dari tahap–tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi dengan dua siklus. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis yang didapatkan bahwa nilai siswa pada siklus I adalah 73 %, siklus II adalah 93,33 %. Kesimpulan penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Lemahino Kec Tobelo Selatan. Saran diharapkan bagi guru kelas V agar dapat menerapkan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada pembelajaran Matematika dan siswa supaya dapat bekerja sama dalam pembelajaran. ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics in class V SD Negeri Lemahino. It was found that in the study of mathematics teachers could apply the learning that is conventional,teachers do not provide the opportunity for students to ask questions and the student becomes teacher listener does not involve students directly in the learning process of the students are less active,so that student learning outcomes is low or not maximized.The method used in this research is the design of classroom action research (PTK) Kemmis spiral model and Taggart (in ZainalAqib, 2006: 31)comprising the steps of planning, action, observation, and reflection with two cycles. Analysis of the data showed that the learning outcomes have increased.The increase was shown from the results of analysis showed that the value of the students in the first cycle is 73%, the second cycle is 93.33%. Conclusion The application of the model Problem Based Learning (PBL) can improve student learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri Lemahino. Suggestions are expected for the fifth grade teacher in order to apply the model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in mathematics and student learning in order to cooperate in learning.
