PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEKERJA PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DI KABUPATEN BADUNG

- Aset utama utama meningkatkan efektivitas maupun produktivitas pada setiap kalamgan pekerja proyek konstruksi adalah sumber daya manusia. Kinerja dari pekerja ini akan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, sebab motivasi berdampak secara signifikan pada berbagai kepuasan kinerja untuk menghasilkan atau merealisasikan berbagai hal seperti: kebutuhan, harapan, keadilan dan lain-lainnya dalam setiap individu. Motivasi sendiri memiliki kedudukan meningkatkan kinerja yang sangat penting dalam untuk para pekerja dalam proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pekerja pada proyek konstruksi di Kabupaten Badung. Dalam penentuan sampel metode yang akan digunakan adalah simple random sampling yang dimana memenuhi beberapa kriteria sampel berjumlah 30 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis kolerasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji F (uji anova), dan uji t-Test dengan bantuan program SPSS v24. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi dibagi 3 indikator yaitu indikator kebutuhan berpengaruh signifikan dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji t dimana didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,146, indikator harapan berpengaruh signifikan dilihat dari hasil uji t dimana didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,202 dan terakhir indikator keadilan juga bepengaruh signifikan dilihat dari hasil uji t dimana didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,606. Kemudian disimpulkan dari ketiga indikator ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja pada proyek konstruksi di Kabupaten Badung. Nilai- nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,705. Sedangkan dilihat dari hasil analisis liniear berganda diperoleh Y = 14,458 + 0,280 X1 + 0,466 X2 + 0,622 X3, dimana salah satunya yaitu keadilan berpengaruh paling dominan sebesar 0,622 dibandingkan dengan indikator motivasi kebutuhan dengan 0,280 dan harapan 0,466.
- The main main asset to increase effectiveness and productivity in every experience of construction project workers is human resources. The performance of these workers will be influenced by motivation, because motivation has a significant impact on various performance satisfaction to produce or realize various things such as: needs, expectations, fairness and others in each individual. Motivation itself has a position to increase the importance that is very important for workers in construction projects. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of workers on construction projects in Badung Regency. In determining the sample method to be used is simple random sampling which fulfills several sample criteria obtained by 30 respondents. Analysis of the data used is linear multiple regression analysis, multiple analysis, determination test, F test (ANOVA test), and t-test with the help of SPSS v24 program. The results of this study conclude three indicators, namely the indicator of significant needs seen from the results of calculations in which the value of t arithmetic is 2,146, the indicator of expectation of increasing significantly is seen from the results of the t test obtained value of t arithmetic is 2,202 and the last indicator also has a significant influence seen from the results of t test where obtained t value of 2.606. Then it is concluded from the three indicators that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of workers on construction projects in Badung Regency. These values ??are greater than the t-table value of 1.705. While obtained from the results of multiple linear analysis Y = 14.458 + 0.280 X1 + 0.466 X2 + 0.622 X3, where one of the most beneficial is 0.622 which is in accordance with the needs analysis of 0.280 and expectations of 0.466.
