- Abstrak: Kemajuan dalam perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat dari waktu ke waktu dan hasil penerapannya pun memberikan kemudahan dalam segala aspek. Salah satu hasil dari perkembangan teknologi adalah sebuah sistem informasi, dimana peranan sistem informasi pada suatu perusahaan menjadi bagian yang sangat penting baik untuk skala besar ataupun skala kecil, contohnya adalah penerapan sistem informasi dalam manajemen proyek yang umumnya diimplementasikan oleh sebuah perusahaan yang dipergunakan untuk membagi pengelolaan dan pengolahan sumber daya ke dalam sebuah project. Melalui penerapan sebuah sistem informasi dalam sebuah manajemen proyek dapat memudahkan perusahaan untuk melaksanakan proses pengelolaan dan pengolahan project secara terencana, terkontrol, sistematis dan saling terhubung juga perusahaan dapat mengkontrol proses kegiatan yang dilakukan di project, mengurangi penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang terjadi selain itu juga memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk suatu masalah hingga pekerjaan dapat terselesaikan tepat pada waktunya karena adanya sistem yang tersusun dengan rapih. BSD Division pada PT. Wahana Ciptasinatria dalam proses pencatatan dan pengolahan data project masih belum terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi project management yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses pencatatan dan pengolahan data project. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem pada sistem infromasi yang akan dibangun peneliti menggunakan model waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman php. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Project Management, Waterfall, Data Project Abstract: Progress in the rapid development of technology from time to time and the results of its application also provides convenience in all aspects. One of the results of technological development is an information system, where the role of information systems in a company becomes a very important part for both large and small scale, for example is the application of information systems in project management which is generally implemented by a company that is used to divide management and processing resources into a project. Through the application of an information system in a project management can facilitate the company to carry out the project management and processing in a planned, controlled, systematic and interconnected way as well as the company can control the process of activities carried out in the project, reducing deviations that occur besides it also makes it easier in decision making for a problem until the work can be completed on time due to a neatly arranged system. BSD Division at PT. Wahana Ciptasinatria in the process of recording and processing project data is still not computerized and well integrated. The purpose of this study based on these problems is to design a project management information system that can overcome the problems encountered in the process of recording and processing project data. In this research the system development method in the information system that will be built by researchers uses the waterfall model and programming language that used by researchers is php.
