- This research aims to analyze the implementation of good corporate governance to know the effect of independent audit committee, finance audit committee, independent director, and finance director toward company value. This research used 79 observation annual financial statement to analyze audit committee and 87 observation to analyze board of director. Multiple regression was used to analyze the effect of independent audit committee, finance audit committee, independent director, and finance director toward company value. The result of this research is finance audit committee statistically and significantly influence company value. Finance director statistically and significantly influence company value.
