- This report presents the findings of an ADB regional technical assistance, RETA 5871 Road Fund Strategy, to examine the problem of road funding and propose solutions. The technical assistance was carried out between April 2000 and March 2001. With the support of a team of consultance, studies were undertaken of the road funding experience in the DMCs, and options were formulated for improving road funding and defining frameworks to ensure the efficient use of road maintenance budgets.
