- This paper is about creating “Citra Universitas Kristen Maranatha” containing 20 grains of Key Performance Indicators to be used by Maranatha. At each Key Performance Indicators will be in the form of several programs that will help Maranatha in achieving the Key Performance Indicators. Within each Key Performance Indicators will involve several people to be responsible in any program designed his work. In every work program will have details of the Budget which will facilitate the Maranatha in controlling the cost of what is needed in doing the work program. In this report, there is a draft designapplications and design applications that are already ready to be implemented. This application can help to manage the indicators achieved by each program of study at Maranatha.
