- In this research, mobile application will be used to support the business process in LeBeringin Hotel. For examples are room booking, consumer’s feedback and to observe thehotel development. The purpose of this application is to help customer find the informationabout hotel’s facilities, room’s facilities, booking room and give feedbacks. Moreover, thereis an application that will be usefull for manager to observe and analyse the hoteldevelopment, which is through evaluate about room, see the most popular room, incomeand total of room booking, as well as evaluate the feedbacks from customers throughmobile. This application made by XHTML for mobile device, PHP and MySQL for datastorage. In this final report will discuss about application which can handle room booking,customer’s feedback, transaction process and evaluate hotel’s productivity level as well.Keywords : mobile application, business process, Le Beringin Hotel, development.
