- The development of information technology has been increased time to time, so that it has a big influence in many aspects of business development. In this case, the organizer company needs a form of documentation to show business development from time to time. There are some methodologies to document a data, one of them is Zachman framework methodology. Zachman framework is one of enterprise architectures that is used to describe the process in organizations. The Framework has six columns: what column, how column, where column, who column, when column, and why column. What column describes about business entities and data relation in the organization. How column defines the business processes of the organization. Where column describes the location of business. Who column describes the human resources of the organization. When column describes the major event of the company. Why column defines vision, mission, strategic, target, and long term planning of the organization. The documentation had been done from October 2007 until January 2008. Keyword: Zachman framework, enterprise architecture, documentation, organization.
