- Clinic as a place that provide health care services require patients to meet face to face and immediately examined by a doctor. This research implements midwifery services and web-based content that is informative as alternative for patients’ health advices.SMS Gateway system also applied in order to maintain the patient as a customer so that forged strong relationships with high levels of satisfaction. The final results is an information system that can improve the quantity and quality of health services to the public by using information technology.
