- Once you have decided to be a teacher then you will find yourself how to manage a class as one of your teaching competencies. This is what we call as a class management skill. A teacher beginner as well as the expereienced one would find some hidrances not only in handling the class, especially when it is a big size class, but how to start or close a lesson as well.
