- The quality of education can be improved by the quality of the teaching and learning process, Article can be determined through evaluation. Test as an evaluation instrument can measure and give information quantitatively and qualitatively. In formal education, test only measures information quantitatively, such as the competencies of students and the teaching and learning process held by the lecturers. The achievement of instructional objectives can be measured by the test. Finally, test can also be used as a feedback to improve the teaching and learning process.
