- Education and public is something that can not separable. Therefore, the active participation of the interest society is crucial progress in the implementation of national education. This phenomenon is motivating researchers conducted a scientific procedure to find out more in the public participation in the provision of education in Yaspenhan as well as the existence of the factors that most weak in an effort to increase public participation in the provision of education in junior Yaspenham. Technically, this study uses the data and also the information generated through in-depth interviews procedures against several persons are considered to truly understand the problems of the proposed research. Thus, the data and information is the basis for in-depth analysis of the social phenomenon of the middle grade of education. The results of the study explained that the form of student’s parents and the society who live all around the school through activities such as moral support, financial support or funding and cooperation that exists today has explained the results are quite good. The pattern of regular meetings between various stakeholders who are technically been determined as was the custom of course not enough. Sehigga in future quality of this participation can be developed in a way that really gives a positive effect on the quality of education that is implemented in Yaspenham Junior Highschool in Marelan district Medan City.
