- In order to improve the performance and work productivity of civil servants Medan City Government made regulations on additional income for civil servants. This study will look at the effect of additional income policies on employee performance at the Medan City personnel office. The research method used is quantitative, with explanatory research format that is research that want to see correlation or correlation between independent variable and dependent variable. The results showed (1). there is a positive and unidirectional relationship and a low relationship between the additional salary of civil servants in BKD Medan.
