- The purpose of this study is (1) to test and analyze the role of the businessenvironment of the operation strategy. (2) to test and analyze the role of the operationstrategy of operational performance. (3) to examine and analyze the role of technologyadoption in strengthening the influence of the operation strategy of operationalperformance. This study used a survey method with regression analysis. Object of thisstudy is the Center of Exhaust Industrial in Purbalingga Regency. Sources of dataobtained from the questionnaire as the primary data and literature as secondary data.Analysis arithmetic result regression points out regression equation be Y2 =0.490 + 0.218 X + 0.473 Y1 + 0.378 M, means to assess operational performance willincrease by 0.490 point if the business environment variable, the operation strategy, theadoption of technology is 0 (zero). Operational Performance will increase by 0.218 pointif the business environment variable up one point while the other variables constant.Operational performance will increase by 0.473 point if operation strategy variable upone point while the other variables constant (constant). Operational performance willincrease by 0.378 point if the technology adoption variable moved up one point while theother variables constant (fixed). Assessing the coefficient of determination (R Square) of0.509 means that the contribution the influence of business environment variables, theoperation strategy, technology adoption of operational performance amounted to 50.9percent, while the remaining 49.1 percent of the contribution of other variables notexamined.
