  • This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Human Relation, OrganisationalSupport, and Workplace Spirituality to the improvement of Work Ethic and Performance.This study was held at one of Hospitals in Tegal, Mitra Siaga Hospital. The method usedis survey by distribute the questionnaires. The population in this research was all nursesin Mitra Siaga Hospital Tegal. This research used census method that means populationbecame sample, so 76 persons are selected as the respondent. The analysis technique waspartial least square analysis (PLS). The hypothesis test was significance level of P value<0.05. the result shows that work ethic has positive and significant effect to performance.Then, human relation organisational support and workplace spirituality has positive andsignificant effect to work ethic.
