  • This study aims to determine how the implementation of KKG in improving theprofessional competence of teachers of kindergarten in Cluster RA Kartini NorthPurwokerto. This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological naturalisticapproach. Based on the survey results revealed that (1) Program execution KKG in thecluster RA Kartini is considered to have been effective in improving the professionalcompetence of kindergarten teachers, (2) the implementation of KKG in Cluster RAKartini is not supported infrastructure is adequate (3) Guidance by builder KKG yetcarried out routinely (4) factors that hamper the implementation of KKG in RA KartiniCluster include KKG schedule that is not necessarily due to follow the conditions ofeach member, KKG implementation also depends on the amount of contributionsentered in the KKG activities, and lack of funds. While supporting factors, amongothers in terms of firmness chairman in conducting KKG KKG, the spirit of themembers in following the coach's role KKG KKG and also to provide more motivationfor the members
