- Tifa Syawat is a traditional Kokodas art communities that used as themusic instrument for daily activities. In addition, further development it isinstrumentall part of dakwah facilities. Furthermore, Tifa Syawat constructsentities in the community. Then, it is a form of dakwah in enhancing religiousactivities. The arts are presented with the orchestra and singing prayers andsongs to transmit the nuances of Islamic value. Arts of Tifa Syawat wereintroduced from the Kokas (Fakfak) by the preachers of Islam to the area Kokodato deliver religious message. It is a design of dakwah strategies for Islamicteaching that concept can be accepted and responded well by the community. Itis then reproduced by the community of Kokoda with tradition of religiousevents are presented with Tifa Syawat. The research indicated that: First, whenviewed its history perspective, Tifa Syawat developments that have significantimportance as the instrument of dakwah to introduce Islam to the Kokodacommunity in the context of social and music as part of religion. Moreover, fromthe arts community of Kokodas Tifa Syawat can contribute to the effectivenessof delivering message on Islamic values. And finally, the entity that appliedthrough art Tifa Syawat to be implemented in reconstructing dakwah.
