  • Abstract This research appears from the desire of researchers to see how the Problems of E-Learning Implementation in the Learning Process and analyze in a qualitative manner. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The method of data collection is through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the results of the study concluded that: First, the Perceptions of Lecturers and Students in the learning process using e-learning in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program of Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang concerning: Aspects of the application of e-learning applications, Ease of Use of e-learning applications, Component aspects of e-learning application features, usefulness and Facility Aspects; secondly, the Application of E-Learning in the Learning Process in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang includes: e-learning Application System that use a moodle or LMS system including application manager admin, lecturer, and student ; third, the Problems of E-Learning Implementation in the Learning Process in the Islamic Education Study Program at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang include: Organizational Problems in the implementation of E-Learning, Infrastructure Problems in the implementation of E-Learning, Problems in Human Resources in the implementation of E-Learning; fourth, supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of E-Learning which include: Supporting Factors, Rector who is fully supports the implementation of e-learning, university website, internet application, e-learning application, an admin that is reliable in applying ICT, E-Learning UIN RF is using a Moodle system, E-Learning is easy to operate, while the obstacle factors include, Facilities are still limited, Internet Networks are not stable, Implementation supervision is not maximum, less of Lecturer awareness and motivation, limitations of lecturers who can use the E-Lerning media, E-learning training is rarely implemented, Some lecturers who take e-learning training do not apply it in the lecture learning process, Some students do not have independence in learning motivation. Abstract Penelitian ini berawal dari keinginan peneliti untuk melihat bagaimana Problematika Penerapan E-Learning dalam Proses Pembelajaran  dan menganalisanya dengan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: Pertama, Persepsi Dosen dan Mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning pada Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang menyangkut pada: Aspek Penerapan aplikasi e-learning, Aspek Kemudahan Penggunaan aplikasi e-learning, Aspek komponen fitur aplikasi e-learning, Aspek kebermanfaatan serta Aspek Sarana; kedua, Penerapan E-Learning dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang meliputi: Sistem Penerapan e-learning yang menggunakan sistem moodle atau LMS yang di dalamnya terdapat unsur pengguna meliputi,admin pengelola aplikasi, dosen, dan mahasiswa; ketiga,  Problematika Penerapan E-Learning dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang meliputi: Problem Organisasi dalam penerapan E-Learning,   Problem Infrastruktur dalam penerapan E-Learning,  Problem Sumber Daya Manusia dalam penerapan E-Learning; keempat, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan E-Learning yang meliputi: Faktor Pendukung, Rektor yang mendukung penuh untuk penerapan e-learning, Mempunyai website PT, Mempunyai aplikasi internet, Mempunyai aplikasi e-learning dalam pembelajaran, Memiliki admin yang handal dalam penerapan ICT, E-Learning UIN RF menggunakan sistem Moodle, E-Learning Mudah di operasikan, sedangkan Faktor Penghambatnya meliputi, Sarana yang masih terbatas, Jaringan Internet yang belum stabil, Pengawasan penerapan yang belum maksimal, Kesadaran dan motivasi dosen masih,keterbatasan dosen yang bisa menerapkan, Pelatihan e-learning jarang dilaksanakan, Sebagian dosen yang mengikuti pelatihan e-learning tidak menerapkannya dalamproses pembelajaran perkuliahan, Sebagian Mahasiswa belum mempunyai motivasi kemandirian dalam belajar
