- This research aims to know the influence of the customer's perception of the product, price, advertising, location, services, processes and physical to the decision in choosing the Sharia hotel services. The population in this research is the hotel guests staying at Namira Sharia Hotel in Yogyakarta. The number of samples that fill the questionnaire as much as 83 respondents, and taken by accidental sampling method. This research used multiple linear regression, and showed that customer's perception of physical and advertising are strong significant influencing the customer's decision in choosing the Sharia hotel services. The location and service had a weak significant influence on the decision-making. Another variables in this research, namely product, process and price do not affect to the guests decisions in the selection of Hotel Namira Sharia.
