Pengaruh Blockholder Ownership, Ukuran Perusahaan, Risiko Bisnis, Dan Nondebt Tax Shield Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Perusahaan Yang Masuk Di Jakarta Islamic Index

  • This research aims to analyze the influence of the variables blockholder ownership (BO), firm size (SIZE), business risk (RISK), and nondebt tax shield (ND) on debt policy (DEBT) on companys listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2010-2013 period. The population in this research is all companys listed in JII, samples meet by using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data from financial statement and JII stock list. Analysis technique used are descriptive analysis, classical assumptions test, and multiple regression analysis which significant value is less than 5% of alpha value.The test result shows that variables blockholder ownership (BO), firm size (SIZE), business risk (RISK), and nondebt tax shield (ND) according to similar has influence debt policy (DEBT). And based on the t-test result it partially indicates that there are negative and significant influence of blockholder ownership and non debt tax shield on debt policy. There is positive and significant influence of variable firm size on debt policy, and doesn’t influence the business risk on debt policy. Result of analysis shows that predictive ability of the four independent variables (blockholder ownership, firm size, business risk, and nondebt tax shield) is 30.8% and it is shown by adjusted R2 value,remaining 69,2% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
