  • This research objective was to know the effect of compensation to the employee performance moderated by motivation. Primary data was taken from 79 employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Yogyakarta Branch. This research used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) showed that salary and fringe benefit have positive significant impact to employee's performance. Bonus has no effect even after moderated by motivation. Motivation moderation resulted the increase of significancy of salary, but decrease the significancy of fringe benefit.
