  • Knowing the impact of perceive service quality to customer satisfaction was this research goal. This research took 100 customers of BMT Yaqawiyyu, Klaten as a samples which selected by accidental sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used as a main analysis tool.This research shows that physical evidence and reliability were positive weak significant to customers satisfaction, empathy was moderate positive significant and responsiveness was strongly positive significant. This research could not show that perceive assurance was significant influenced to customers satisfaction.
