  • Basically KBIH management is not different to business organizations. KBIH must have a good guidance on its customers in Indonesia as well as in Saudi Arabia. To be able to sent the supervisor with a good ratio, KBIH management should spent a lot of money. With a long waiting period then KBIH need to have a sufficient funds. A new breakthroughs action should be taken to maintain the ability to sent a supervisor. KBIH needs to know the level of satisfaction of its customers through an evaluation on a regular basis to make KBIH still exist in the long run. This research shows that the level of satisfaction of the customers was greatly influenced by the manasik material and guidance in Saudi Arabia, while coaching in Indonesia has a weaker significant. Costs, facilities and post Hajj meeting are not significant. KBIH management must be able to provide the master and supervisor to be able to convey the material well.
