- he problems of this study is on the form of the Sasak language variation in fishing communities in the hamlet of Gili Meno and how the implications for language learning area for local content in school. This study aims to classify and describe the shape variations on Sasak language in fishing communit ies in the hamlet Gili Meno and its implications for language learning area for local content in school. The method that used in this study related to the data collection used methods refer, ably method (interviews) with informants, and the introspective m ethod (linguistic intuition). Meanwhile , the methods used in analyzing the data are unified method intralingual and unified method ekstralingual . Then the latter method used in presenting the results of the data analysis is a variation of the fisherman language about a formal method that provides the data to the formulation of signs or symbols and informal methods tha
