- Abstract – Child kidnapping case is one of the criminal cases in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. Based on the data from Central Bureau of Statistics, in 2015, there were 12 kidnapping cases recorded in NTB. This is caused by the lack of control by the parents over their children. The lack of media to control the children is also one of the causes of this problem. Therefore, in this research we developed a system that aims to detect the position of the children using GPS and Google Maps API technology. This system was developed based on web and smartphone application. Based on the testing results using MOS where the average result of the overall value of MOS is 4.3, and the features of this system have worked properly. Keywords:
