technique using 2LSB method to insert a secret message into a 
video. Every 2 bits of the secret message are embedded into the 
RGB pixel values of the cover frames respectively. A linear 
congruential generator algorithm works as a steganography 
key to determine the order of the cover frame to be inserted 
secret message. The proposed method is tested based on general 
steganography criteria including imperceptibility, fidelity and 
recovery. Imperceptibility test result show 86.67% of the 30 
respondents answered no change in video after inserted text 
message and 46.67% for image message. Testing fidelity for 
each video inserted message using PSNR calculation produces 
a value above 87dB. Testing recovery for each message after 
extraction using PSNR calculation produces an infinity value. 
Computational time is also measured and the results show the 
size of the secret message and the video cover affect the 
computational time required.
