  • Abstract –The development model used is Thiagarajan et al (1974) modified into 3D (difine, disign, and develop). The first procedure development, difine is stage analysis bigining-ending and the task analysis. Second design is stage of desining of the contents of the instrument and the third, depelopment that is stage of trial result of instrument development. Type of descriptive quantitative research, using purposive sampling technique, the population of all learners class XI IPA 6, XI IPA 7, XI IPA 8, dan XI IPA 9. Result of misconseption terst on static fluid material, learner with the undestand concept category as much 35,76%, did not undestand concept 32,30%, and unisconseption 40,76%. From result can be councluded two tier can be detection misconseption learner in SMA Negeri 3 Mataram.
