West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) region has wind speed about 3.4 m/s to 5.3 m/s which belong to relatively low wind speeds, it is required the wind turbine which can operate at low wind speeds. Chord length and pitch angle on wind turbine blades should be considered because it can affect the performance of the wind turbine.&#xD; The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of chord length and pitch angle of the wind turbine to the coefficient power, tip speed ratio (TSR), and rotor speed on a horizontal axis wind turbine. In this research used 1 meter blade diameter with 3 blades. Pitch angle used are 0&#xB0;, 5&#xB0;, 10o, 15o, 20o, and 25o with chord length of blades are 125 mm, 140 mm, and 155 mm at 4 m/s wind speed.&#xD; The results showed that the maximum coefficient power is 0.0597 with 2.900 tip speed ratio at 221.64 rpm rotor speed on chord length of blade is 125 mm with 5&#xB0; pitch angle.
