The research design is case&#xD; study. The subject of this research is students in the fourth semester which are consist&#xD; of 198 students who have finished the academic writing class. The sampling&#xD; technique was purposive sampling which meant to focus on the units that are&#xD; investigated based on the judgment of the researcher. The class 4A which was&#xD; consisting of 15 students was chosen as the sample. The data in this study were&#xD; gained through questionnaire and interview. The result of this study showed that the&#xD; feedbacks given in the class were: direct feedback, indirect feedback, focuses&#xD; feedback, oral feedback and conference feedback. All of the students agree that the&#xD; feedback given by the students was effective.
