- Abstract ENT disease is a disease that attacks around the head, such as the ears, nose and throat. Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) disease is one of the most common disease groups in the world, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to build an expert system that runs on Android-based smartphones to diagnose nine types of ENT diseases based on the knowledge of three experts using the Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods. From the test, the accuracy of the expert system is 85.56% - 90% for testing the accuracy of 30 case examples and 4.25 from the opinion scale for MOS testing from 30 respondents. Therefore, this expert system is suitable for use and is categorized into a good system.
