  • This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and organizational commitment to turnover intention Educators Play Group at the Institute for Early Childhood Education (ECD)in Mataram. The method of data collection is a sample survey and the population in this study were all early childhood educators in play group in Mataram. The sample was determined using random probability sampling technique with total sample in 85 people from 598 population.The analytical tool used to process significant influence on tunover intention as well as the commitment of the organization to have a significant effect on tunover intention. Effect of compensation and significant organizational commitment on the pertila test on simultaneously. Compenstion is more variable than he dominant influence of organizational commitment.
