- This study entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment Through Job Satisfaction (Study on Employees of Regional Water Supply Companies (PDAM) Central Lombok)". This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction for employees of PDAM Lombok Tengah. This study uses an associative method in the form of a causal relationship. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data collection tool uses questionnaires, flashdisk, handphone and stationery. The population in this study is that all employees of PDAM Lombok Tengah are as many as 95 people. The variables to be analyzed are, organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The analytical tool used is path analysis. With the help of the SPSS program the results of the analysis of the proposed variables indicate that the level of significance is <0.05 which means the null hypothesis is rejected or there is a relationship between variables. The results of this study state that: 1. There is a positive and insignificant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, 2. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, 3. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and 4. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
