- The aim of the research was to determine the corelation between the range of collected semen to the time semen evaluated microscopically on Bali bull sperm motility and viability (n=10 ejaculates). The data were analysed by corelation and regression. The result indicated that sperm motility at 23, 25, 27, 35, 40, 42, 45, 49, 57 and 60 minutes after collected were 68%, 66%, 64%, 62%, 58%, 55%, 52%, 48% , 44% and 41% respectively. Sperm viability at the same time series were 85%, 83%, 81%, 80%, 77%, 75%, 73%, 71%, 68% and 65% respectively. The result showed that linear model of sperm motility was Y= -0.720X + 84.84; r2 = 0.980 and viability sperm was Y= -0.504X + 96.14 ; r2 = 0.980. It can be concluded that the longer evaluated after collected the lower persentages of sperm motility and viability.
