  • Performance production of Mojosari ducks with feeding of expired bread has been carried out in Mong Glemong duck farm, Dasan Cermen Village, Sandubaya Sub-District, Mataram City. This study used a completely randomized design with 45 Mojosari ducks aged 6 months. Ducks were divided into 3 treatments and 3 replications of each 5 birds. The control treatment (P0) was fed commercial concentrate feed mixed with corn and rice bran with a ratio of 2: 4: 4. Treatment 1 (P1) used local feed ingredients with expired bread 26 percent, and treatment 2 (P2) 36 percent. The results showed that the use of expired bread as a feed ingredient influenced feed consumption (P<0.01), but did not affect egg production, egg weight, feed conversion and egg mass weight (P> 0.05).
