  • This research conducted to know the effect of different level of sapu-sapu fish given toward the change of abdominal fat and weight of Mojosari duck, this research use 100 ducks which aged 7 month. The materials divided into four treatments, five repetitions and every repetition consist of five ducks. The treatment (P0), that is 80% rice bran and 20% consentrate; (P1), that is 90% rice bran and 10% sapu-sapu fish; (P2), that is 80% rice bran and 20% sapu-sapu fish; with (P3), that is rice bran 70% and 30% sapu-sapu fish. The variables observe is abdominal fat and carcass weight. Varians analysis use as data analysis, it based on the Random Complete Design (RCD). The result of this research shows that there is no significant effect (P>0.05) toward abdominal fat changes and carcass weight which the maximum average of abdominal fat is 14.6 g (P3) and carcass weight is 807.2 g (P3). The conclusion of this research is that there is no significant effect of giving 10% 20% 30% sapu-sapu fish (P>0.05) toward abdominal fat and carcass weight. Besides, the use of sapu-sapu fish can replace the concentrate.
